Returns Policy

To begin initiating a return, within 7 calendar days of delivery, please reach out to our customer support team at to confirm the return.

Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded. Return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded to the original form of payment.

How do I return something?

  • Simply contact our support team at if you have any questions regarding your return. To arrange a return please submit a request with your original order number and reason for the return.
  • Once you are ready to ship your return, address your package to shipping address which will be provided with your order.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • If you are shipping an item over $35, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders which we don't receive. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
  • Once your return is processed, please allow up to 72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
